Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in the Financial Services unit to contribute to requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, and testing of AI/ML-enabled software solutions. You will help ensure system stability and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams across banking, wealth management, and insurance sectors.

The role emphasizes agentic AI, prompt engineering, and automated test frameworks, with relocation/travel as needed and no visa sponsorship provided

Qualifications

Test consulting and automation testing experience.
AI/ML solution architecture design for enterprise AI systems.
Experience in Agentic AI - Agent Engineering.
Experience in Automated Testing and Test automation framework design.
Experience in Agentic AI workflow orchestration using LangGraph, LangChain, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Building reusable reference implementations, libraries, and playbooks for AI/ML-augmented engineering.
Prompt engineering.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Responsibilities

Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, per guidance.
Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions for the team.
Participate in coding and integrate features into applications, maintaining stability.
Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes for quality.
Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for new apps.
Resolve production issues and recommend preventive measures for reliability.
Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and knowledge base entries.
