Job summary

Infosys Topaz is advancing AI-first services and platforms to accelerate business value through generative AI technologies. As a Data Science Project Lead 1, you will orchestrate complex analytics initiatives, coordinate with client stakeholders, and translate business requirements into structured AI solutions.

You will drive execution, manage resources, and ensure governance, quality, and timely delivery across development, testing, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise GenAI and agentic AI solutions across RAG, AI agents, conversational AI, enterprise search, workflow automation, document intelligence, and AI copilots.
• Hands-on with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI) and vector databases.
• Experience integrating GenAI with major cloud providers and enterprise APIs.
• Knowledge of governance, LLMOps, evaluation, observability, guardrails, and cloud-native deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, track progress, and prepare status reports with stakeholders.
• Identify and address resource gaps impacting delivery.
• Coordinate between analytical teams and client stakeholders; organize regular meetings.
• Translate business requirements into structured outputs; configure tools and validate data pipelines.
• Review deliverables across development, testing, and support to meet quality standards.
