Qualifications
Strong background in process engineering, business analysis, or workflow automation.
Proven ability to decompose complex decisions into explicit logic.
Comfort working across business and technical teams.
Exposure to GenAI concepts (agents, RAG, tool calling).
Familiarity with Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Databricks experience strongly preferred.
Regulated industry experience (healthcare, financial services) a plus.
Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to map end-to-end workflows.
Break processes into one-foot decision trees.
Assess maturity and define improvement roadmaps.
Translate decision logic into agentic GenAI workflows.
Collaborate with data, platform, architecture, and security teams.
Build backlogs that move AI from experimentation to real business value.
