Qualifications

• Strong background in process engineering, business analysis, or workflow automation.
• Proven ability to decompose complex decisions into explicit logic.
• Comfort working across business and technical teams.
• Exposure to GenAI concepts (agents, RAG, tool calling).
• Familiarity with Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Databricks experience strongly preferred.
• Regulated industry experience (healthcare, financial services) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to map end-to-end workflows.
• Break processes into one-foot decision trees.
• Assess maturity and define improvement roadmaps.
• Translate decision logic into agentic GenAI workflows.
• Collaborate with data, platform, architecture, and security teams.
• Build backlogs that move AI from experimentation to real business value.
