Job summary

Luxoft seeks a hands-on Team Lead for GenAI Platform Engineering to deliver the enterprise platform roadmap, govern technical quality, and run production operations. You will lead SE II/SE III and contractors, while contributing on critical problems. Partnership with governance and enablement teams ensures alignment with standards and intake decisions.

The role blends hands-on engineering with team leadership in a regulated, bank-like environment, reporting to the GenAI Services Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years in technology with hands-on platform/cloud work and prior leadership.
• Hands-on Azure platform depth with API Management, Entra ID, Key Vault, IaC, and governance.
• GenAI experience including model integration and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver platform roadmap across gateway, model integrations, retrieval services, and environments.
• Lead platform engineers and contractors; maintain code quality, testing, and knowledge transfer.
• Own production operations in a controlled-change environment with incident management.
