HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an engineer to support deployment of Generative AI solutions across customer environments, collaborating with senior engineers to translate designs into working implementations.

Responsibilities include building APIs, workflows, RAG pipelines, and conducting testing and validation, with emphasis on safety and governance. Strong Python and cloud familiarity are required.

Competenze

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Exposure to Generative AI / LLM concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills for team collaboration.
• Exposure to OpenAI / Azure OpenAI or similar APIs.
• Basic understanding of RAG and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
• Knowledge of databases or vector stores.
• Exposure to debugging, logging, and monitoring tools.

• Support customer deployments by executing tasks across pilot and production phases.
• Implement components for AI solutions including APIs, workflows, and integrations.
• Assist in building and configuring RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and orchestration layers.
• Execute testing, validation, and basic evaluation of GenAI solutions.
