Marketframe is seeking seasoned professionals to join its GenAI team and shape how performances are judged and rated. You will set standards for acting realism, blocking, and eyelines, while curating benchmark examples for testing upcoming AI models.

The role involves critiquing model outputs with precise notes, helping define reviewer criteria, and ensuring consistency across evaluation templates, all within a full-time W-2 engagement via Cincinnatus LLC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in film, television, theater or animation.
• Credits on 2+ professional films.
• Background in at least one key directing/assistant directing/animation leadership role.
• Meticulous eye for micro expressions, eye lines, continuity and staging.
• Hands-on use of generative image/video tools to create samples for testing.
• Nice to have: 4K display for pixel-level review.
• Ability to engage ~40 hours/week on weekdays.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate detail into captions/evaluation text.

Responsibilities

• Set the quality bar for acting realism, blocking, screen direction and continuity.
• Curate benchmarks of strong performances and staging for testing model outputs.
• Critique generated scenes and provide precise notes on performance and composition.
• Shape reviewer pool and captioning guidelines to ensure consistent evaluation.
• Collaborate with experts to maintain evaluation accuracy across teams.
