Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher with relevant classwork or internships in Machine Learning
• Experience designing and iterating on agentic systems and evaluating agent performance to improve user experience
• Experience with advanced machine learning methods
• Statistical knowledge and ability to model real data
• Demonstrated coding, documentation, and communication habits
• Strong ability to convey complex methods to broad audiences

Responsibilities

• Solve challenges in agentic design and LLM orchestration, including context engineering and memory management
• Lead a project to prototype, build, and test ML models and pipeline components with mentorship
• Gain hands-on experience across the ML model lifecycle from problem framing to deployment support
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team with mentorship and feedback
