Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a skilled ML Engineer Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage GenAI and AI/ML solutions for enterprise customers. You will lead technical teams, guide migration strategies to AWS, and deliver high-quality ML deployments across diverse industries.

You will collaborate with Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure, and optimized AI/ML architectures, while mentoring others and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years building ML models or developing algorithms for business applications.
• 5+ years leading technical teams with data, software, or ML engineering.
• Experience with automation and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation/CDK).
• Experience with MLOps and GenAI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from business needs to deployment and monitoring.
• Design scalable ML pipelines for high-performance, reliable workloads.
• Develop MLOps practices using AWS services and GenAI where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize data and models.
• Advise customers on AI/ML architectures and cloud strategy.
• Mentor teams and share best practices across the organization.
• Ensure solutions meet industry standards and drive cloud adoption.
