ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Austin seeks an ML Engineer to architect and deploy GenAI solutions, optimizing LLMs and AI workflows. You will collaborate across teams, communicate complex models to leadership, and drive production-grade ML pipelines on AWS.

This role requires 10+ years in ML with GenAI focus, strong Python skills, and expertise with AWS services and modern DL frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as ML Engineer with 1–2 years in Generative AI or NLP on AWS.
• Strong Python proficiency and use of IDEs (Cursor/AWS Kiro) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Llama), RAG, LangChain, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and Agentic AI.
• MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for ML.
• AWS skills: S3, Lambda, Glue, SageMaker, Bedrock.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder management; problem-solving.
• Engineering degree CS or equivalent and ML certification.
• Banking/financial services domain experience – Payments industry.

Responsibilities

• Architect, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and Generative AI to improve business applications.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and GPU-based inference in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into specs.
• Present AI methodologies, performance results, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Implement prompt engineering, adversarial testing, and model optimization for quality and safety.
• Stay updated with GenAI research and apply findings to production systems.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, metrics, and coordinate offshore teams.
