Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in AI/ML/GenAI or related fields.
• Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs.
• Hands-on understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, and LLM-based applications.
• Ability to explain advanced concepts clearly to experienced professionals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and online facilitation skills.

We are hiring Generative AI (GenAI) Instructors for a contractual opportunity with a leading EdTech client.

The instructor will deliver live online GenAI training sessions to experienced working professionals, primarily learners with 5+ years of professional experience who are looking to upskill in Generative AI and its practical applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver live online training sessions on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Train experienced professionals on practical and industry-relevant GenAI concepts.
• Explain concepts such as Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, LLM applications, and GenAI workflows.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to help learners apply GenAI concepts.
• Guide learners in understanding real-world use cases and implementation approaches.
• Address learner queries and provide conceptual and technical clarification during sessions.
• Follow the assigned curriculum and session plan.
• Effectively manage and engage online batches of up to 100 learners.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, or related technology domains.
• Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands‑on understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, and LLM-based applications.
• Ability to explain advanced technical concepts clearly to experienced professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and online facilitation skills.
• Prior experience in technical training, corporate training, online teaching, or EdTech is preferred.
• Comfortable handling live online batches of up to 100 learners.
• Ability to commit to an agreed fixed teaching schedule.

Schedule & Engagement

• Session Duration: 3 hours per class
• Batch Size: Up to 100 learners
• Classes per Month: Approximately 12-36
• Schedule: Fixed weekday or weekend slots
• Engagement Duration: 6 months to 1 year
• Mode: Live Online / Remote
• The number of classes will depend on the instructor's availability and agreed schedule.
