Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong Python and SQL.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building GenAI, LLM, or AI-enabled apps.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and LLM integration patterns.
• Strong API, backend, frontend development, and Linux environment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI applications using enterprise LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI and related model services.
• Build agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures for business and technical use cases.
• Integrate vector databases and semantic search capabilities to improve knowledge retrieval accuracy.
• Build AI copilots, chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
• Apply prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning techniques to improve AI response quality.
