Job summary

Referment, a global investment firm's tech arm, is seeking a full-stack engineer to advance its generative AI services. You will design web apps and interfaces that make AI tools accessible to users across the firm and contribute to APIs powering those capabilities.You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into user-centric solutions, work across the full SDLC, and help raise engineering practices and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency building web applications with modern UI frameworks.
• Experience designing APIs and backend services in production.
• Interest in generative AI and collaborative problem solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with client mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement web apps and interfaces for AI tools.
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services powering AI apps.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, engineers to translate requirements.
• Work across full SDLC from concept to deployment.
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering initiatives.
