Scale AI, Inc. is looking for a Solutions Engineer in New York, New York to enhance customer engagement and secure technical wins. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver customized demos and develop technical expertise in Generative AI for enterprise applications.

This position offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $180,000 to $225,000 USD, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for equity-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with prior experience working with clients.
• Prior experience developing with Python, Java or other web development languages.
• Experience working in enterprise SaaS, cloud tech, finance, or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Scale AEs on the customer journey, delivering tailored demos.
• Develop technical domain expertise in Generative AI applications.
• Work with AEs and PMs to identify customer-specific feature requests.

Skills

Strong engineering background

Experience in pre/post-sales

Development skills in Python, Java or other languages
