Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Seattle seeks a Regional AI Technical Lead to design and manage enterprise AI solutions across GCP, Azure, and AWS. You will drive multi-cloud architectures, governance, and scalable, secure deployments.

The role leads cross-functional teams, defines AI strategy and roadmaps, mentors engineers, and ensures alignment with business goals while advancing GenAI capabilities and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering Gen AI solutions across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, Agent to Agent Protocols, and AI development kits.
• Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, model governance, and secure deployment.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI strategy, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Architect end-to-end Gen AI solutions across multi-cloud platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Develop scalable, secure AI architectures with RAG pipelines and vector stores.
