Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Math/Statistics/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of overall experience in Java full stack and AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Hands on experience on Java, Spring Boot, Camunda, Node.js, Next.js, GraphQL, Kafka.
• Hands on experience on React, Typescript, Familiarity with web components/ Parcel component.
• Experience with Snowflake/Big Data for Reporting.
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions with GenAI, LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Solid programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise apps using Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Java full stack engineer with Kafka expertise, AI-ready; translate product features into technical solutions.
• Decompose features into workable stories, ensuring scalability, extensibility, security and cost considerations.
• Collaborate with Product & Development teams and present to stakeholders.
• Own features, drive timely delivery, and provide complete technical solutions.
• Support others on technical issues and drive modern solutions across the stack.
