Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in software engineering/AI roles.

• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG pipelines and AI frameworks.
• Experience building APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy end-to-end AI/GenAI systems (RAG, agents, workflows).
• Design APIs and microservices for scalable AI solutions.
• Implement robust data pipelines and retrieval systems.
• Optimize prompt engineering, evaluation and model performance.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and scalability of services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.
