Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI/GenAI solutions using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph. The role focuses on developing scalable enterprise AI applications, integrating LLM agents with business systems, and managing end-to-end deployment and operations.

You will own AI use cases end-to-end, from business requirements gathering through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support, and build reusable tools to securely

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying and monitoring Agentic AI / GenAI apps.
• Experience with Java-based service layers.
• Practical experience with LangChain or LangGraph.

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI/GenAI solutions using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph. Minimum Qualifications

• Mandatory 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of building and shipping production systems.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, monitoring, and debugging production-grade Agentic AI / GenAI applications.
• Experience with Java or willingness to work extensively with Java-based service layers.
• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent orchestration frameworks..

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
