Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Generative AI technologies
• 5+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems and hands-on systems engineering experience
• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Experience with automation or scripting languages like Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell, or equivalent
• Knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and cloud technologies (particularly AWS)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Responsibilities

• Build solutions to innovate our solutions to agentic-first interfaces
• Solve challenging technical problems at every layer of the stack.
• Define system requirements and contribute to operability-related features such as health monitoring, diagnostics, repair, and self-healing automation
• Develop or enhance tools and processes that reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency
• Root cause analysis and remediation of production issues, identifying underlying bugs and implementing fixes
• Systems-level problem solving across incidents to design broader solutions
• SLO stewardship and updating infrastructure as code to keep monitoring meaningful
• Systems automation for operational excellence, including migrating workloads to optimized hardware
