Job summary

Confiar Services in New Jersey seeks an experienced GenAI Developer to build a production-grade healthcare conversational AI platform. You will design scalable backend APIs, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and integrate LLM providers.

You will ensure secure, compliant conversational experiences, implement RAG pipelines, and collaborate with agile teams using Python, FastAPI, Azure services, and Docker-based deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python 3.12+ and FastAPI or similar asynchronous frameworks.
• Production experience with Google ADK 2.0 for multi-agent orchestration and structured LLM outputs.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google LLM integrations.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, structured output validation, and AI safety guardrails.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, and PydanticAI.
• Practical experience with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault, and App Configuration.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of JWT, OAuth, API security, and secure data handling.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and production deployments.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.

Responsibilities
