Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in STEM field required or in progress with expected completion date.
• Experience with AWS and ML tooling required or strongly preferred.
• 2+ years in Python, Scala, or R and 2+ years in ML.
• Familiarity with SQL, NLP, and AI/ML tool ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in unstructured data (text, image) to harness LLMs and VLMs.
• Build ML and NLP models through all development phases and production.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to embed AI at scale.
• Define AI observability and audit trails for autonomous decisions.
• Guide annotators to curate high-quality datasets for model training.
