Job summary

Cinteot Inc. in Newark, NJ is seeking an AI Data Engineer to build governed, AI-ready data pipelines powering enterprise GenAI use cases. You will own embedding pipelines and vector indexes, ensuring data quality, lineage, and compliance as part of the AI CoE.

Collaborate with AI Platform Engineers to deliver scalable, reusable data foundations and enable rapid, responsible AI development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience designing and operating production data pipelines.
• Experience with unstructured data and AI data prep.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for AI use cases.
• Prepare RAG-ready datasets with metadata enrichment and parsing.
• Create and maintain embedding pipelines and vector indexes.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across the AI platform.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Information Governance partners.
