Job summary

Lynx Analytics is seeking a Solution Architect to design the technical solutions behind our client engagements and provide delivery teams with a clear path from concept to production.

You will work across enterprise data, software applications and GenAI, translating complex business problems into practical architectures that teams can build and scale. This role combines architecture with hands-on engineering to prove concepts and enable production delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years in data engineering, software, and architecture.
• Proven ability designing production-ready architectures.
• Hands-on in Python or TypeScript.
• Strong data modeling and ETL/ELT fundamentals.
• SDLC basics including API design, testing and CI/CD.
• Experience with GenAI applications and agent workflows.
• GenAI architecture patterns and tool calling, embeddings and evaluation.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise data sources and workflows.
• Consulting or client-facing experience; regulated industries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for client engagements.
• Translate requirements into technical designs for delivery teams.
• Design solutions across data, APIs, applications, cloud and GenAI.
• Lead technical discovery, assess dependencies and risks.
• Present options and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Review implementation decisions to stay aligned with architecture.
