Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a GenAI Cloud Engineer to design and deploy enterprise-grade, agentic AI solutions in a hybrid Newark environment. You will build cloud-native AI agents using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and governed data products to support complex business workflows.

Responsibilities include integration with CRM and enterprise systems, memory and tool orchestration, evaluations, guardrails, observability, and reliability in regulated contexts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software engineering with hands-on cloud-native apps or AI/ML platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including API development and production debugging.
• Experience developing microservices, APIs, event-driven workflows, and secure enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on with AWS cloud services (serverless, containers, IAM, observability, deployment patterns).
• Recent experience building enterprise GenAI/agentic AI solutions, including agents and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-native microservices, APIs, and event-driven components using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, FastAPI, AWS Lambda, EventBridge, and related AWS services.
• Build and deploy enterprise AI agents using Bedrock AgentCore and related patterns, including agent-to-agent communication where appropriate.
• Implement data ingestion, semantic retrieval, embeddings, vector search, and memory pipelines for certified data products and governed content.
• Develop guardrails, intent classification, routing, human-in-the-loop controls, and fail-safe escalation for agentic apps.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems and workflows such as Salesforce/Elevate, Service Platform, Genesys, and APIs.
