Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer in the ProServe team to design, evangelize, implement and scale AI/ML solutions for customers.

You will work directly with clients to define use cases, train and fine‑tune models, and drive AI transformations across engagements. You will architect scalable, secure ML solutions, evaluate data infrastructures, run experiments and deliver actionable, data‑driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 3+ years of machine learning / statistical modeling data analysis.
• Experience in software engineering lifecycle, coding standards, reviews and CI/CD.
• Experience defining benchmarks for GenAI model performance.
• Experience applying quantitative analysis in multi‑team projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable AI/ML solutions on AWS for customers.
• Develop and deploy ML models and Generative AI apps at scale.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases with stakeholders and shape strategy.
• Provide guidance on responsible, cost‑effective AI practices and delivery.
• Advise customers on latest AI advances and data‑driven opportunities.
• Share knowledge through mentoring and building reusable AI artifacts.
