You will design retrieval architectures, integrate LLMs, and lead testing and evaluation to ensure trustworthy performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend software experience.
• Hands-on in production GenAI/LLM systems.
• Experience with RAG, vector stores, and API-driven distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy RAG architectures, vector search, LLM integrations, and tool-calling systems.
• Build reliable APIs, distributed services, and backend infrastructure.
• Develop evaluation systems to measure quality and catch regressions.
• Take systems from design to production and iterate based on real-world performance.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and coding standards across the team.
