Insight Global is seeking an Art Director to lead Generative AI-driven creative production in its in-house studio. You will shape visual campaigns, architect AI workflows, and set standards to deliver high‑fidelity, brand‑aligned imagery at scale.

The ideal candidate blends classic art direction with deep GenAI tooling knowledge, driving look development, prompt systems, and automation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain premium craft across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven background in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Brand Design, Retouching, or Compositing with a portfolio of brand-right AI imagery.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and multi‑layer asset manipulation.
• Experience building scalable GenAI-based production pipelines and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor Senior Generative AI Artists to maintain cohesive visual language.
• Lead development of AI-driven visuals from concept to production across campaigns.
• Build and maintain node architectures and prompt frameworks for scalable outputs.
• Ensure image quality and brand fidelity across product, digital, and in-store touchpoints.
• Collaborate across design, VFX, production, and engineering teams to improve workflows.
