Job summary

You will lead end-to-end AI adoption, create production-grade LLM applications, integrate security and governance, and guide a team of engineers and FDEs to turn AI strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven AI transformation experience with production LLMs and agents.
• Deep AI architecture expertise across model selection, orchestration, and observability.
• Hands-on with multi-agent systems and MCP, AI gateways, and security controls.
• Experience with at least one major cloud AI platform (Azure/AWS/Vertex).
• Strong executive communication and business-value storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption and co-create roadmaps aligned to client priorities.
• Architect and build production-grade LLM applications and agent systems.
• Drive hands-on PoCs, production deployment, and reusable architectures.
• Design scalable, reliable Generative AI solutions for enterprise needs.
• Lead integration of AI technologies within enterprise architecture.
• Drive digital transformation using Agentic AI methodologies.
• Develop APIs for AI-powered solution integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architectures.
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Stay updated on AI trends and mentor teams of engineers.
• Advise senior stakeholders and lead delivery teams.
