Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking an AI/ML & Generative AI Architect to design, build, and deploy GenAI solutions across multiple domains, including predictive analytics and content intelligence. You will lead cross-functional teams and deliver end-to-end AI pipelines using leading frameworks and cloud services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients to tailor GenAI use cases, maintain robust data infrastructure, and stay ahead of AI trends while innovating private AI and smart agent

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using Python and relevant packages for ML and data science.
• 3+ years of experience architecting high-impact GenAI solutions for diverse clients, preferably in Private AI and Smart Agentic Solutions
• 10+ years of experience participating in projects focused on Predictive Analytics, Data Integrations, System Design and architecture, AI/ML, ML Ops
• Strong understanding of LLM technologies, embedding models, cloud-based AI services, and AI/ML operations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across domains (prediction systems, recommendation engines, text analytics, CV, chatbots).
• Build and deploy advanced ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, and scikit-learn.
• Apply deep knowledge of statistics, ML, NLP, and generative models (GANs, transformers).
• Work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques and tools (Langchain, LlamaIndex, FAISS, Milvus).
• Integrate and manage LLM APIs and registries (Hugging Face, OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Build scalable APIs with Flask, Django, Django Rest Framework, or FastAPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Support GenAI use cases, prototypes, and POCs tailored to industry needs.
• Maintain and enhance data infrastructure for large-scale datasets.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and deliver customized AI/ML solutions that drive value.
• Demonstrate innovation in Private AI and Smart Agent Solutions with privacy and automation.
• Stay current with trends in AI, GenAI, LLMs, and related fields.
• Contribute to development of GenAI frameworks and features for NTT DATA’s GenAI platform.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML & Generative AI Architect to join our growing team. This role requires deep expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning with a particular focus on Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Recommendation & Predictive Modelling. The ideal candidate will have experience developing innovative AI solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-based tools, working across cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact AI/ML applications for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
