Senior Client Engineer - GenAI

This position entails leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to create AI applications. The incumbent will play a key role in assisting the organization in utilizing data effectively, collaborating with a team of data scientists and engineers to offer strategic guidance and insights for informed decision‑making by management. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Data Science, focusing on enterprise projects with open‑source technologies, is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem‑solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and a track record of thought leadership. Education: BE/B.TECH/ME/M.TECH (from reputed institute) with Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering and Statistics. Experience: 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the technical team to conceptualize, create, and deploy generative AI solutions across various industries.
• Customize and refine LLMs, such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, to align with the specific requirements of clients and partners.
• Undertake tasks including data preprocessing, model refinement, and performance assessment to uphold the excellence of our AI solutions.
• Participate in the exploration and innovation of Client AI methodologies and strategies to enhance our capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Contribute to the documentation and communication of project progress, outcomes, and insights to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay abreast of developments in the AI and machine learning domain to enrich and enhance our solutions.
• Lead a team working on AI/Client projects.
• Work on at least two GenAI projects.
• Good in NLP.
• Understands cloud and deployment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and familiarity with large language models such as ChatGPT or similar, along with their applications across diverse industries.
• Understanding of hypothesis testing, statistical methods, sampling theory, and experimental design.
• Familiarity with common advanced analysis tools, with a preference for proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Demonstrated knowledge of object‑oriented programming concepts in Python or Java, evidenced through work experience or contributions on platforms like GitHub.
• Strong programming abilities in Python, including experience with AI/Client libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Comfortability with Flask/FastAPI and Postman for model testing and deployment.
• Ability to formulate and address critical analytical inquiries with a focus on driving product impact.
