Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Must be a well-rounded software developer, not focused solely on Python scripting.
• Strong hands-on GenAI/LLM experience required.
• Agentic AI experience highly desirable.
• Experience building production-quality software solutions.
• No sponsorship; candidates must be able to convert to permanent employment.
• Two openings currently exist.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-quality software and AI applications.
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Python.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models.
• Build and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows with frameworks like Azure Foundry or CrewAI.
• Implement Agentic AI patterns across the development lifecycle.
• Create reusable AI libraries and technical documentation.
