Job summary

Qualifications

3–5 years of recent Python development experience.
Well-rounded software developer, not just Python scripting.
Strong hands-on GenAI/LLM experience and agentic AI knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy production‑quality software and AI applications.
Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Python.
Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models.
Build and integrate Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Develop AI agents and multi‑agent workflows using Azure AI Foundry, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
Implement Agentic AI solutions across the lifecycle.
Follow data‑quality, security, governance, and responsible‑AI practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
