Job summary

ApTask is seeking an Agentic AI Architect for a prominent client in New York to review architectures, design and build AI agents, and ensure secure, scalable GenAI solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to govern enterprise patterns, assess security, and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data stores. Strong Python and framework experience required, with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud exposure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience building AI agents using GenAI/LLMs.
• Experience with enterprise-grade agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Review application architectures for alignment with enterprise standards.
• Identify deviations, design gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assess security vulnerabilities, access patterns, and integrations (APIs, Kafka, databases).
• Evaluate data flows, logging, monitoring, and performance engineering (PE).
• Design and build agentic AI solutions (single/multi-agent systems).
• Develop and integrate AI agents using LLMs, tools, and enterprise systems.
• Provide guidance on scalable, secure, and reliable AI/GenAI architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and platform teams.
