Job summary

SCALIS, a hybrid, Miami-based internship program, seeks a Gen Z Social Media Intern to bring content to life for TikTok, IG, and LinkedIn. You will film content in Miami when needed and edit on your own, owning the videos that go live and shaping the company’s presence for millions of job seekers and hiring teams.

You must be enrolled in a South Florida college, have content creation experience, and be able to commit around 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a South Florida college (FIU, UM, FAU, Nova, Miami Dade, Barry, etc.).
• Marketing, communications, digital media, or social media–adjacent major.
• Experience creating content or personal brand on social platforms.
• CapCut is muscle memory; you understand why a hook lands in the first 3 seconds.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form vertical videos weekly for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create scroll-stopping hooks, transitions, trends, and captions; develop weekly series.
• Use Notion to organize, plan, and view content ideas.
• Own posting cadence and meet weekly content goals.
• Learn ICP and refine resonance with target audiences.
• Bring trend ideas and formats back to the team.
