Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized patient care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and report symptoms/conditions to RN.
• Maintain nursing care per Nursing Care Plan and Standards.
• May perform health screenings for Employee Health when needed.
