Job Description

As a Client Services Associate (CSA) in the Technical Support department within Customer Service, you will act as a key liaison between our company and clients, providing exceptional support. Your main duties include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring prompt resolution of support requests to maintain client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is data entry to update automated records and ensure accuracy. You will batch documents, input data from source documents, and verify entries efficiently and accurately.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Batch and organize documents for data entry.
  2. Input data from source documents into systems accurately.
  3. Prioritize tasks based on schedules and client needs.
  4. Verify data accuracy and correct errors.
  5. Troubleshoot data issues and escalate when necessary.
  6. Operate peripheral equipment related to data entry.
  7. Contribute to process improvements in formats and procedures.
  8. Maintain safety and report hazards.
  9. Follow security and privacy policies.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  11. Work in various environments, including offices and production areas, with occasional environmental exposure.
  12. Engage in repetitive motions and lift up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in tech-related fields.
  • Experience with printers, copiers, and fax troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with computers and troubleshooting methods.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.

Starting pay is $17/hr, with potential bonuses and a full benefits package, depending on experience and skills.
