Job summary

Premier Cloud in Austin, TX, is seeking a Gen AI Solutions Engineer to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will work with client teams to translate strategic AI goals into deployable, scalable systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with Vertex AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines, plus strong Python skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and deploying AI/ML solutions, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting role.
• Hands-on experience building agents and agentic workflows with modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, ADK).
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
• Practical experience with LLM applications, RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, particularly Vertex AI (Agent Builder, Model Garden), BigQuery, and Cloud Run.
• Strong presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with data preparation and feature engineering for production AI systems.
• A track record of translating AI capabilities into business strategy and building relationships with customer leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise AI agents on Google Cloud Vertex AI.
• Lead architecture for end-to-end agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Run technical discovery with customer teams and design agentic workflows.
• Architect end-to-end pipelines including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and semantic search.
• Lead client workshops to map high-impact use cases and measurable ROI.
• Embed security, access controls, and data privacy into AI models from day one.
• Deliver MVPs quickly and communicate progress to both engineers and executives.
• Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise accounts to drive AI adoption.
