Job summary

Orion Innovation in the United States is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to design and implement Generative AI solutions aligned with business needs and architectural standards. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered applications.

The role requires hands-on coding in Python and .NET, experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face, and strong communication to translate complex topics for both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Gen AI solution development using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
• Solid understanding of AI Agent architecture, Model Context Protocol, and A2A communication design patterns.
• Strong coding skills in Python and .NET.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics.
• Experience in large corporate or enterprise environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Gen AI solutions leveraging LLM frameworks, AI Agents, and modern protocols like Model Context Protocol and Agent-to-Agent communication
• Utilize hands-on programming experience in Python and .NET to develop, integrate, and deploy intelligent systems
• Continuously explore, learn, and apply emerging technologies in Generative AI to meet evolving business needs
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural and compliance standards
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to build and deliver AI-powered applications
• Clearly articulate technical concepts and solution impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Work with autonomy, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset to drive results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Operate effectively in a large corporate setting, bringing strong communication skills, business awareness, and good judgment
