Sedgwick seeks an accomplished Principal Architect to lead Gen AI strategy, governance, and platform direction. This executive role shapes the enterprise intelligence layer, aligning AI architecture with risk governance and business objectives across AWS and Azure.

The candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, establish standards, and ensure scalable, secure AI capabilities while delivering measurable business value and transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in AI, ML, CS, Engineering, or quantitative discipline preferred.
• Ten (10+) years of related, progressive experience in enterprise architecture, platform architecture, or large-scale solution architecture.
• Experience leading delivery and/or architecture of GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Owns and sets enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Chairs or co-leads executive architecture and AI governance forums.
• Directs the enterprise “intelligence layer” strategy with reference architectures and standards.
• Defines and governs agentic AI strategy and platform blueprint at scale.
• Establishes enterprise patterns for multi-agent orchestration and lifecycle management.
• Sets enterprise standards for GenAI and agentic solutions across AWS and Azure.
