Job summary

Northern Base in Edison, NJ is seeking a Gen AI Copilot Lead to drive enterprise AI transformations using Microsoft AI ecosystem. You will design copilots, supervise architecture, and deliver scalable AI solutions across business platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define governance, ensure security, and align with data privacy. 6–12 years of experience, strong development in Python/C#/JS, and deep knowledge of Azure OpenAI and RAG are required.

Qualifications

• Must have enterprise Generative AI experience and familiarity with Copilot implementations.
• Proven ability to design AI assistants, copilots, and agent-based workflows for large organizations.
• Experience with AI governance, model risk management, data privacy, and compliance.
