Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing hourly teams, timekeeping systems, and attendance programs.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and timekeeping systems (Kronos, ADP, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of assigned production areas to meet SPQDCC targets.
• Directly manage and develop 6-10 Team Leaders / Group Leaders.
• Manage timekeeping and labor reporting; monitor attendance and issues.
• Conduct safety huddles, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production; drive KPIs and countermeasures.
• Coach leaders and operators in quality, process ownership, and problem solving.
