Thinklance LLP in Wisconsin seeks a driven CI professional to lead plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives and partner with the Plant Leadership Team to monitor KPIs and targets. Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Industrial, Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field; candidates with other technical degrees and related experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Experience with statistical process control, root-cause analysis, or analytical methods.
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Presentation and project management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement activities.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Competence in computing rates, ratios, percentages, and interpreting graphs and charts.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to follow instructions in various forms.
• Conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective across all management levels and employees.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, presentation, and employee motivational skills.
• Proficiency in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the continuous improvement process at the plant level as a change agent.
• Collaborate with the Plant Leadership Team to monitor plant targets and KPIs.
• Establish action plans and conduct follow-up meetings to advance process improvements and achieve targets.
• Apply a hands-on, systematic approach to problem solving (Gemba).
• Encourage individuals and teams to improve through continuous improvement methodologies and lead by example.
• Manage KPI charting and posting processes daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Simplify and automate data line performance collection where possible.
• Use statistics and data analysis methods to support plant teams and operational leadership in improving facility operations.
• Participate in improvement teams to assist with data analysis, problem solving, and presenting solutions across the organization.
• Facilitate Kaizen Events to drive performance improvements.
• Lead the site’s Jack Link’s Performance System (JLPS) program for improvements.
• Own and train others on the Simple Root Cause problem solving tool.
• Implement a cost savings tracking process based on corporate guidelines.
• Develop a final presentation summarizing project work, accomplishments, and insights on Jack Link’s.
