Job summary

Dolcezza Gelato Holding LLC is seeking a passionate and responsible Store Manager for our Washington DC location. This role involves team-building, maintaining store standards, and enhancing the customer experience with our gelato and coffee.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience in retail or food management. Benefits include health insurance, a yearly bonus, and a stipend for wellness.

Responsibilities

• Team-building, mentorship, and management of employees.
• Lead and direct the activities of the cafe.
• Create an exceptional gelato and coffee experience.
• Schedule labor.

• Attend regular meetings with the Regional Manager and training staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with staff.
