Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Gel Coat Technician to apply gel coat to production hull and deck molds using hand spray equipment. You will follow production schedules, monitor color, finish and thickness, and maintain spray tools in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray gun to apply gel coat to molds according to schedule.
• Pull tape on deck or hull molds.
• Maintain and clean gel coating equipment.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Follow health, safety and chemical protocols.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
