Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Alabama licensure or associate-level registration.
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance services, and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy.
• Use creative therapeutic interventions.
• Incorporate client interests into therapy when appropriate.
• Maintain 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports.

About the Role

Preferred Licensure

• LPC or ALC
• LCSW or LMSW
• LMFT or LMFT-A
• Therapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply
