Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy.
• Use creative therapeutic interventions and incorporate client interests.
• Maintain 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and community supports.
• Participate in meetings, supervision, consultation, and training.
