Ellie Mental Health in Birmingham, AL is seeking a licensed therapist to join our collaborative team. We support clinicians who bring creativity, affinity for client interests, and a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.

You will complete diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, provide high-quality therapy, and coordinate with families and schools. We offer flexible scheduling, telehealth options, clinical supervision, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active Alabama licensure or associate-level registration
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance services, and community resources

Responsabilités

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy
• Use creative therapeutic interventions
• Incorporate client interests into therapy when appropriate
• Maintain 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports
• Participate in meetings, supervision, consultation, and training
