Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our local store. You will assess customers’ needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

You’ll receive the training and resources needed to stay current, help customers set up devices, and advise on repair or replacement options while maintaining friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

We’ll provide the training and resources you need to assess customers’ needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents as needed on more complex repairs. If family and friends go to you with their tech questions, this might be the perfect role for you.
