Job summary

Best Buy in Lawton, OK is looking for a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support and solutions for computers and devices in our local store. You’ll receive training and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

You’ll assist customers during check-in/check-out, diagnose issues by asking questions, and provide time estimates for next steps. A minimum of 3 months in retail or customer service and a flexible schedule including holidays

As a Geek Squad Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions for computers and other devices at our local Best Buy store. We’ll provide the training and resources you need to assess customers’ needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents as needed on more complex repairs. If family and friends go to you with their tech questions, this might be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll do
