Job summary

Best Buy Cedar Park is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support in our local store. You will assess customer needs, perform basic services and work with other agents on more complex repairs.

Provide friendly, timely service during check-in/out, help customers set up devices, monitor queues and stay current through training. A minimum of 3 months in retail or customer service and flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends are required.

As a Geek Squad Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions for computers and other devices at our local Best Buy store. We'll provide the training and resources you need to assess customers' needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents as needed on more complex repairs. If family and friends go to you with their tech questions, this might be the perfect role for you.
