• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three or more years' experience in education.
• Strong math and English skills; strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide learner-centered instruction for basic literacy and math and GED/college readiness.
• Create and monitor individualized education plans for learners.
• Instruct students one-on-one and in small groups; guide ongoing study.
• Engage volunteers to assist with instruction and create progress reports.
